I have a very nice tripod. Really, I do. Tonight there is a great eclipse. Ryan is out of town and I cannot get ahold of him. My tripod was last used for some hunting expedition. These pictures were take by me, laying on the ice, trying to hold as still as possible in -15 degrees plus wind. A tripod would be nice right now. These pictures would be nice had I had a tripod. 
These I like to call 'Eclipse in Motion'. I really want my tripod!!!

WOW. Great pictures. We were overcast so I couldn't see it but just the day before little John was asking when there would be an eclipse again. I'll have to show him these pics.
