Dear Blog,

Sorry to be neglecting you, along with my friends, my family, and myself. One more week of MADNESS and I should be able to give you a little of my time.
Yours Truley,
Nicole

Cheaper by the Dozen

Or maybe not cheaper, but definalty funner. Carla and Anna came to visit the weekend of Nov. 7th and 8th and brought their kids. With all the Hardy girls, The Pierce Fam and us there were 12 in the house. We went to visit Sitting Bull. Shopped Main Street. Checked out Alco. And played at the park.

And took lots of goofy pictures!

If you are wondering why there aren't many pictures of Brooklyn, Bailey and Islin, well, it's because they are way too cool to be so silly!
We had an awesome weekend and can't wait for their next visit.

Backtrack to Halloween Weekend

So, the first week in Mobridge is kind of a blur. New town, new school, new friends. Brooklyn turned 12. Boxes and messes everywhere!
Then, when school got out on Friday, Oct. 30th, we headed to Carrington. We needed to return a trailer we had borrowed and wanted to celebrate my birthday and Halloween with friends. We arrived in Cgtn. in time to celebrate my B-day at the Chieftan. Then spend the night at Les and Joyce's house.
Next day was Carla's Halloween party for the kids. Complete with Brain Juice and Mummy Dogs. The girls and I cut out of the party a little early. We had some babies to hold!
My good friend was blessed with twins on Brooklyn's birthday, and we couldn't resist going out and holding new babies!
Then we rushed back to Les and Joyce's for trick-or-treating and to see Kanin and Korbyn all dressed up.

Backtrack to Moving Weekend

October 23-25th.
Strange pictures of an empty house.

So there's the last few pictures taken in the Carrington house. How weird to look at it.
Rylee took tons of pictures out the window as we drove from Carrington to Mobridge on official moving day.
It was a gorgeous day for moving. Praise God for the snow melting!
And our first official Mobridge sunset.
Sunsets over water are so gorgeous.
Les helped us move but had to get back to Carrington right away. Faye and Carmen spent the weekend and helped us break in our new town. Of course, the kids did some swimming!
We also did a little pre-birthday cake for Brooklyn while Carmen and Faye were there. Thanks guys for helping with the move and for a fun weekend.
